Salad with herring and sea bananas
2 medium-sized onions
A few leaves of dill (optional)
2 green sour apples
1 box of sea bananas (75 grams)
Cross-cut the herring into small strips. Cut the apple into small cubes and sprinkle with the lemon juice to prevent them from turning brown. Cut open the cucumber, remove the seeds and cut both halves into half-moon shapes. Cut the onion into small cubes. Remove the stalks from the sea bananas and mix all the ingredients together. If you want to, you can garnish the dish with a few leaves of dill.
