Fish with sea blite
Sea bream from the oven filled with sea blite!
1 sea bream with the head still attached
1 slice of white onion
75 grams of sea blite
1 slice of lemon with peel
A hint of black pepper
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees. Oil the oven dish with olive oil. Fill the belly of the sea bream with a slice of onion, a slice of lemon and 1/2 of the sea blite (this will remain soft). Put the fish in the oven dish and sprinkle it with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Distribute the remaining sea blite over the fish (this will become crunchy). Add black pepper to taste. Put the dish in the oven for 30 minutes and serve. In the summer you can also make this dish on the barbeque. Just wrap the fish in tinfoil and cook on the barbeque. You can use sea bass or trout from the Ardennes for this dish as well.
